Memory Keeper

MemoryKeeper is a digital therapeutic approach to the treatment of Alzheimers Disease.  It is a tablet-based application which collects, collates, and presents personalised memories as a way of reducing anxiety, agitation, disorientation and depression in Alzheimers patients. It reduces the need for medical sedation and helps enhance family connections.  It is for use by carers, family and persons with Alzheimers.

OUTCOMES
Family members perceived Memory Keeper was valuable in improving the quality of engagement with their loved one and made visits more enjoyable. While some material was generally engaging, each resident also responded uniquely to Memory Keeper. We are currently redesigning Memory Keeper for commercial release.
